Questo Codice esprime gli impegni e le responsabilità etiche nella conduzione dei rapporti ed attività aziendali assunti dai collaboratori di Genuina, siano essi amministratori, dipendenti o freelance in ogni eccezione.
La nostra MISSIONE è di generare e distribuire valore etico a vantaggio delle Persone, Aziende e Istituzioni che lavorano con noi. Genuina opera al servizio della comunità nel rispetto delle persone e dell’ambiente con l’impegno di assicurare alle prossime generazioni un mondo migliore cominciando a migliorare noi stessi, ora.
Tutela del dialogo trasparente verso gli stakeholder. Genuina aspira a mantenere e sviluppare il rapporto di fiducia con i suoi stakeholder, cioè con quelle categorie di persone, professionisti o società il cui apporto è richiesto per realizzare la missione di Genuina o che hanno comunque un interesse in gioco nel suo perseguimento. Sono stakeholder coloro che compiono attività connesse con Genuina, in primo piano i collaboratori, i clienti, i fornitori e i partner. In senso allargato sono inoltre stakeholder tutti quei singoli o gruppi i cui interessi sono influenzati dagli effetti diretti e indiretti delle attività di Genuina.
Comportamenti non etici. Nella condotta degli affari i comportamenti non etici compromettono il rapporto di fiducia tra Genuina e i suoi stakeholder. Non sono etici e favoriscono l’assunzione di atteggiamenti ostili nei confronti dell’impresa i comportamenti di chiunque, singolo od organizzazione, cerchi di appropriarsi dei benefici della collaborazione altrui sfruttando posizioni di forza.
Il valore della reputazione e dei doveri fiduciari. La buona reputazione è una risorsa immateriale essenziale. Favorisce la fedeltà e l’attrazione dei migliori collaboratori la serenità dei fornitori, l’affidabilità verso i creditori. All’interno, contribuisce a prendere e attuare le decisioni senza frizioni e a organizzare il lavoro senza controlli burocratici ed esercizi eccessivi di autorità.
Il valore della reciprocità. Questo Codice è improntato a un ideale di cooperazione in vista di un reciproco vantaggio delle parti coinvolte nel rispetto del ruolo di ciascuno. Genuina richiede perciò che ciascuno stakeholder si relazioni nei confronti di Genuina secondo principi e regole ispirate a un’analoga idea di condotta tipica dell’Hub.
Validità e applicazione del Codice. I principi e le disposizioni del presente Codice Etico hanno come destinatari i dirigenti, i dipendenti e i collaboratori legati a Genuina da rapporti contrattuali a qualsiasi titolo, anche occasionali e/o soltanto temporanei, e richiede a tutte le imprese collegate o partecipate e ai principali fornitori e partner di adottare una condotta in linea con i Principi Generali del presente Codice.
I Principi Generali sono:
Integrità della persona. Genuina garantisce l’integrità fisica e morale dei suoi collaboratori, condizioni di lavoro rispettose della dignità individuale, delle regole comportamentali della buona educazione, e ambienti di lavoro sicuri e salubri. Non sono tollerati comportamenti lesivi delle convinzioni e preferenze morali e personali di ciascuno. In nessun caso il perseguimento dell’interesse di Genuina giustifica una condotta non onesta.
Onestà. Nell’ambito della loro attività professionale i collaboratori di Genuina sono tenuti a rispettare con diligenza le leggi vigenti, il Codice Etico e i regolamenti interni.
Qualità dei servizi e dei prodotti. Genuina orienta la propria attività alla soddisfazione e alla tutela dei propri collaboratori, clienti e partner dando ascolto alle richieste che possono favorire un miglioramento della qualità dei prodotti e dei servizi. Per questo motivo, Genuina indirizza le proprie attività di ricerca, sviluppo e commercializzazione ad elevati standard di qualità dei propri servizi e prodotti.
Valore delle persone. Sono un fattore indispensabile per il suo successo. Per questo motivo, Genuina tutela e promuove il valore delle risorse umane allo scopo di migliorare e accrescere il patrimonio e la competitività delle competenze possedute da ciascuno.
Correttezza in caso di potenziali conflitti di interesse. Nella conduzione di qualsiasi attività devono evitarsi situazioni ove i soggetti coinvolti nelle transazioni siano, o possano anche solo apparire, in conflitto d’interesse. Con ciò si intende sia il caso in cui un collaboratore persegua un interesse diverso dalla missione di impresa e dal bilanciamento degli interessi degli stakeholder o si avvantaggi “personalmente” di opportunità d’affari di Genuina. Genuina assicura la riservatezza delle informazioni in proprio possesso e si astiene dal ricercare dati riservati, salvo il caso di espressa e consapevole autorizzazione e conformità alle norme giuridiche vigenti. Inoltre, i collaboratori di Genuina sono tenuti a non utilizzare informazioni riservate per scopi non connessi con l’esercizio della propria attività.
Imparzialità. Nelle decisioni che influiscono sulle relazioni con i suoi stakeholder (la scelta dei clienti da servire, la gestione del personale, l’organizzazione del lavoro, la selezione e la gestione dei fornitori e dei partner), Genuina evita ogni discriminazione in base all’età, al sesso, alla sessualità, allo stato di salute, alla razza, alla nazionalità, alle opinioni politiche e alle credenze religiose dei suoi interlocutori.

I processi di acquisto, vendita e fornitura servizi sono improntati alla ricerca del massimo vantaggio qualitativo per Genuina, alla concessione di pari opportunità ad ogni professionista. Nell’ipotesi che chiunque entri in contatto con la realtà di Genuina adotti comportamenti non in linea con i principi generali del presente Codice Etico, Genuina è legittimata a prendere opportuni provvedimenti fino a precludere eventuali altre occasioni di collaborazione.
In Genuina le relazioni con i fornitori di Servizi a disposizione sono oggetto di un costante monitoraggio.
